Lara Young
During her eighteen year career working within the Human Resources field, our Managing Director, lead consultant and coach, Lara Young, has designed and implemented a range of interventions with tangible links to organisational performance. A Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, she has also facilitated great personal change within individuals, coaching them to achieve their dreams, develop their inner resources and experience powerful and permanent positive change.
Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma in Professional Communication, a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education and Human Resources Development and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management. Lara is a Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy. She holds a Masters in NLP and is also a qualified Coach and Hypnotherapist.
These qualifications are supplemented by accreditations in DiSC team profiling, the Hogan personality indicator and DDI tools and methodologies.
Lara is supported by a team of qualified Master Practitioners of NLP, Hypnotherapists and coaches as well as by an experienced and qualified team of Human Resources practitioners. We look forward to working with you soon.
Nigel Lenton
Business partner and Somersault Director Nigel Lenton has extensive experience, working in Global corporations at Senior HROD and Operations Management level for over 25 years. Operating at Divisional Director level for some 15 years, Nigel has led numerous strategic OD projects and teams across Europe, North and South America, Asia and the Far East.
Passionate about performance transformation, Nigel has designed, implemented and facilitated a wide variety of organisational and personal change programs and offers coaching and career counselling at every organisational level from Graduate to Accelerated Development for Chief Executives. Like Lara, Nigel is proud to remain in contact with many of his former colleagues and clients and takes great delight in hearing of their continued successes and professional change.
