Funding Available

Great News!

If you employ between 5 and 249 people then grants are available to help all sectors develop their leadership and management skills. Support to enhance other skills in the workforce can also be secured.

Through Train to Gain, which is part of the Learning and Skills Council, you can secure access to a grant of up to £1,000 to help develop the leadership and management skills within your business. The first £500 is a straight forward grant, the second £500 will need to be match funded by the business.

 

If you are a business in the North West, you could be eligible for additional funding.

Eligibility

 To be eligible in the first instance, businesses need to:

• Employ between 5 and 249 people

• Have not previously accessed this funding

• Use the funding for the development of Senior Managers, key decision makers and above within their organisation
