Somersault’s Directors Nigel Lenton and Lara Young are Certified Trainers of NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy through the ABNLP. Both Nigel and Lara have extensive experience and professional qualifications in the development arena. They have worked in Organisation Development, Change Management, Human Resources and Business Consulting for 25 and 18 years respectively.
Nigel and Lara co-facilitate each training, meaning that you experience the benefit of two sets of skills, knowledge and expertise in what is fast becoming one of the most recognised technologies for personal and professional development. As you know, NLP has applications in Business, Education, Sales and Therapeutic contexts.
In addition to certification in NLP, we certify you as a practitioner of Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis. We only certify those who we believe are competent to join our Associates Network – a network of Practitioners and Master Practitioners who we continue to work with to deliver the highest quality interventions at both the individual and the organisational level. We are confident in recommending our graduates to our clients and consistently support our trainees’ development at both the professional and personal level.
